Cancellation of Order by MahaShakti Ayurved

MahaShakti Ayurved reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received.
In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued, and the User will be informed accordingly.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error from the User’s side (incorrect or incomplete name/address, recipient unavailable, or any related reason), any additional cost incurred for re-delivery will be charged to the User.

Replacement / Refund Policy – MahaShakti Ayurved

We take strict quality measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there may be rare cases where:

  • The item is damaged during transit

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • A wrong item is delivered

In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, provided the request for replacement/refund is made within 5 days of receiving the package.

No returns or replacements will be processed after the order is completed, except for the reasons mentioned above.

Product Availability & Refund

  • If a replacement item is not available, we will offer the best possible alternative.

  • The final choice will remain with the customer.

  • If the customer has already paid and the product is unavailable or not shipped, a 100% refund will be issued.

100% Money Back Guarantee Terms (Stone Reduction Treatment)

  1. The money-back guarantee applies only for stone size reduction.

  2. The product must be used for 3 months continuously, as prescribed, without any breaks.
    We will check order dates to confirm consistent usage.
    The diet plan provided by our dietician must also be followed.

  3. Refund request must be emailed within 3 months from the date of first delivery.
